We use information to provide the Tap5 product, authenticate users, deliver forms, process responses, generate analytics and AI-assisted outputs, communicate about the service, and prevent fraud, abuse, or security issues.

We may also use aggregated or de-identified data to understand product usage trends and improve our features.

We do not sell personal information. We share information only as needed with service providers that help us run Tap5, such as hosting, infrastructure, analytics, authentication, payment, and AI providers, or when required by law.

Form owners are responsible for the content they collect through Tap5 and for giving respondents any notices or consents required for their use case.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect data, but no system can be guaranteed fully secure. You should avoid collecting or storing highly sensitive information in Tap5 unless you have confirmed the platform is appropriate for that use.

Tap5 is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
