These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Tap5. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you are using Tap5 on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

You must use Tap5 only in compliance with applicable law and only for legitimate business, research, feedback, or product-related purposes.

You are responsible for your account, your credentials, and all activity that occurs under your account. Keep your login details secure and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You are also responsible for the forms you create, the notices you provide to respondents, and the legality of the content and data you collect through Tap5.

You may not use Tap5 to break the law, infringe the rights of others, send spam, distribute malware, probe or disrupt the service, or collect especially sensitive information without appropriate safeguards and authorization.

We may suspend or remove content or accounts that create legal, security, or operational risk for Tap5 or other users.

Tap5 may provide AI-assisted features such as form drafting, summarization, or analytics. These outputs are generated automatically and may be incomplete or incorrect, so you are responsible for reviewing them before relying on them.

You must not use AI-generated outputs from Tap5 as a substitute for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

We may update, improve, limit, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time. We aim to keep Tap5 available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

If we materially change these terms, we will update the effective date above and may provide additional notice where appropriate.

Tap5 is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tap5 and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

You may stop using Tap5 at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service, or if we are required to do so by law.
